Welcome to AP Cleaning. These Terms of Service (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding contract

between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and AP Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to

and use of our website (https://ap-cleaningservices.com/), along with the procurement, execution, scheduling,

and billing of our professional residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, window washing, pressure washing, and

related property maintenance services.

By browsing our website, requesting a digital or verbal quote, booking an appointment, or otherwise contracting our

services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by all

provisions contained in this Agreement. If you do not accept or agree to these terms in their entirety, you must

immediately cease all access to our website and decline any scheduled services.

1. SCOPE AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

AP Cleaning delivers high-quality exterior and interior property maintenance services. The precise scope of work,

technical parameters, structural boundaries, pricing structures, and service frequencies for any specific job will be

delineated within an individualized digital estimate, work order, or service invoice generated by us and provided to

the Client. We reserve the exclusive right to modify, add, or discontinue any portion of our service offerings at any

time without prior liability or notice.

2. ESTIMATIONS, PRICING, AND BOOKING VALIDITY

All service estimates and pricing quotes issued by AP Cleaning, whether delivered electronically via email, text,

website portal, or stated verbally, are provisional assessments based upon client-provided metrics, historical

averages, or brief initial site walk-through inspections. Initial quotes are valid for exactly thirty (30) calendar days

from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to reassess and adjust any quote if the actual physical conditions of

the property differ substantially from the descriptions provided by the client, or if the structural state of the property

requires unanticipated labor, safety provisions, or chemical applications.

3. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

AP Cleaning coordinates operations, routes vehicles, schedules labor, and prepares specialized chemical solutions

well in advance of every scheduled appointment. Last-minute schedule changes create structural gaps that prevent

us from serving alternative properties. Consequently, we enforce a strict cancellation and rescheduling policy to

protect our workforce and operational infrastructure.

A. Standard Notice Requirement

Clients may cancel or request a change to their scheduled service appointment without financial penalty by

providing written or verified verbal notice at least twenty-four (24) hours before the established service arrival

window.

B. Late Rescheduling Fee Structure

CRITICAL POLICY NOTE: If a Client requests to reschedule a confirmed service appointment and provides

less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice prior to the scheduled arrival time, the Client shall be automatically

assessed a mandatory 15% rescheduling fee.

This 15% fee is calculated directly based on the total estimated gross dollar value of the scheduled cleaning or

pressure washing job. This amount will be appended to the finalized service invoice or charged directly to the

Client's authorized billing method on file. This fee is non-negotiable and represents liquidated damages to offset lost

labor hours, logistical routing alterations, and administrative overhead caused by the sudden calendar disruption.

C. Lockout and Non-Access Event Fees

If our service crew arrives at the Client’s property at the designated time and is unable to gain safe, unhindered

entry due to locked gates, uncooperative animals, lack of utility access, or an explicit refusal of entry by any person

on-site, the event will be classified as a Late Cancellation. In such instances, AP Cleaning reserves the right to

charge the client up to 50% of the scheduled service value or assess a standard flat lockout fee to compensate for

fuel, routing, and crew down-time.

4. CLIENT PROPERTY OBLIGATIONS AND SITE PREPARATION

To facilitate a flawless and safe service delivery, the Client is strictly required to perform the following preparatory

actions prior to the arrival of the AP Cleaning crew:

Utility Supply: The Client must provide consistent, uninterrupted access to a working on-site electricity supply

and a high-flow outdoor water hookup (spigot) with adequate pressure. If your services require pressure

washing and water access is unavailable or deficient, we will be unable to complete the service, and a lockout

fee will apply.

Securing Assets: For exterior pressure washing, window cleaning, or soft washing services, the Client must

completely clear the workspace by moving all delicate outdoor patio furniture, potted plants, cushions,

decorations, vehicles, and electronic equipment away from the treatment zone. For interior house cleaning

services, clients must safely stow away all highly fragile, expensive, sentimental, or irreplaceable heirlooms.

Structural Integrity: The Client is obligated to ensure that all windows, entryways, pet doors, and bay

structures are completely sealed and watertight prior to exterior pressure washing operations. AP Cleaning will

not be held liable for internal water intrusion resulting from degraded or improper window seals, unlatched

doors, or structural vulnerabilities.

5. PROPERTY DAMAGE EXEMPTIONS AND PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

While AP Cleaning applies industry-standard care, highly trained technicians, and safe chemical formulations,

certain physical properties react unpredictably due to age, weathering, sun exposure, or substandard building

materials. By contracting our services, you expressly agree to the following liability exemptions:

Weathering and Oxidation: Exterior surfaces like vinyl siding, wood fences, aluminum, and painted surfaces

undergo natural UV oxidation over time. High-pressure washing or soft washing removes dirt and organic

growth, which can occasionally reveal uneven fading, pre-existing chemical stains, or chalky oxidized layers. AP

Cleaning is completely exempt from liability for cosmetic variances uncovered by the removal of environmental

grime.

Structural Degradation: We assume no legal or financial liability for structural failure, chipping, fracturing, or

disintegration of building materials that are already old, dry-rotted, poorly bonded, cracked, or improperly

sealed. This includes, but is not limited to: degraded brick mortar, loose stucco, rotting exterior wood decks,

unstable roof shingles, or old concrete structures displaying deep fissures.

6. STRICT DAMAGE CLAIM VALIDATION

WINDOW

In the rare event that a Client believes AP Cleaning has caused direct physical damage to their property through

provable operational negligence, a formal written claim must be compiled and submitted to our management team

within twenty-four (24) hours following the completion of the service. All submissions must include

comprehensive high-resolution photographic evidence and a detailed description of the incident. Failure to report

alleged structural or asset damage within this strict 24-hour window constitutes a absolute waiver of your right to file

an insurance claim, seek remediation, or demand financial compensation from AP Cleaning.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS

All digital materials, visual layouts, text documentation, photographs, code, custom graphical iconography, logo

marks, and proprietary pricing structures visible on https://ap-cleaningservices.com/ are the exclusive property of

AP Cleaning. Users are explicitly forbidden from copying, downloading, scraping, mirroring, reverse-engineering, or

distributing any website assets for commercial gain or competitive analysis without our express, written, notarized

authorization.

8. LEGAL JURISDICTION, DISPUTE RESOLUTION, AND AMENDMENTS

This Agreement and all business interactions between the parties are governed entirely by local state courts without

regard to international conflict of law doctrines. If any clause within these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by

a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full legal effect.

AP Cleaning retains the sole, unilateral right to rewrite, append, or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any
